Pembrokeshires Premier Pole dance school is hosting the first ever Pole Art Show of its kind.

The Defy Gravity Dancers will be performing different Pole Dance sets and themes to show the diversity that Pole Art has. 

From circus like acrobatic tricks to flowing ballet`esque routines you can experience something that is very rarely seen in Pembrokeshire. 

Be inspired by the awesome strength, skill and agilty of some of Wales top Pole Performers. 

Modern Pole Dance is far removed from the stereo-typical image some people still have, that the pole is just a prop for someone to wiggle next to,spin on, or lean against. These days the full height of the pole is used to perform mind boggling tricks and poses.

association in Britain to offer a person-centred approach to the provision of housing and support services to women, by women.
