Firstly can I congratulate and thank all my Defy Gravity Dancers for an awesome show on the 24th!!!! Thanks to Claire, Caroline, Ceilidh, Priscilla, Nicola and Annette for thier outstanding performances! Priscilla, Nicola and Annette have all since passed thier Bronze level and gained a Bronze Level Certificate. So double congratulations to them! Triple congratulations to Caroline, who not only performed her two remaining tricks of her Silver level perfectly in front of over 150 people on the night of the show, but she is now the first person to become a Gold Level student with Defy Gravity!!! ************************************************************************** 19/12/2007 New January 2008 Class Dates!! We will be starting back at class from January 7th, a lot of people have already booked thier individual lessons for 2008 already, so get your name down fast before they all go! Diva Days Next Diva Day will be Sunday 27th January 2008, so get your favourite high heels out and be prepared to shimmy any of that extra christmas weight off! Certificate is on its way!! Spinner Pole Workshop 24/ 02/ 2008 There will be a Spinner Pole Dance Workshop (working with the pole set on spin-yes, it goes around too!!). This is an excellent way to learn grace and poise on the pole, learn how to combine spins and tricks and gain awesome upper body and and ab strength! Ladies Pole Party! 14/03/2008 Ladies Pole Party at The Farmers Arms, St.Davids. 9.30pm onwards Poledance sets from Jamie Alexah-Taylor, FREE Poledance lessons, PLUS a suprise Poledance set from a mystery guest!!! 20/03/08 Congratulations to Cilla Wilson, our Silver Level 1 Student who got her very first true Invert this week!!! Your first Hands-Off Invert a memorable achievement and deserves to be celebrated! So congrats to Cilla for all the hard work she has put into getting this far!!! 04/04/2008 Congratulations to Joan Holden for passing her Bronze Level 1 and 2 with flying colours!!! Certificates on thier way! 18/04/2008 Congratulations to Pippa Maryan of Emilys Vertical Art Poledance School in Milton Keynes for passing her Bronze Level 2 (and for teaching me 3 amazing new spins!).
